    Description

    The Align-Pilates Ladder Barrel RC is a classical-style Pilates barrel built for studios, clinics and dedicated home practitioners. A firm EVA-padded barrel sits on a powder-coated steel frame with solid North American maple ladder rungs, giving a stable, squeak-free platform for spinal extension, lateral flexion, stretching and core strengthening in sitting, standing, kneeling or lying positions.

    The RC model is designed for fast set-up between clients. Open the two quick-release cam levers, slide the barrel in or out, and lock it back in place. With 31cm of adjustment, it is easy to position the barrel correctly for different body sizes and exercises. The arc and dimensions have been revised to closely match classical proportions, and two padded standing boards are included so every client can get the right set-up, whatever their height.

    The ability to target specific areas of weakness or imbalance makes the Ladder Barrel valuable for rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as advanced Pilates repertoire. Wheels on one end make it easy to move and store, so it suits group studios, semi-private classes and clinic spaces where floor space is shared.
