The Innofit Seated Row Handles are a durable, heavy-duty cable attachment designed to maximise back and arm training. Constructed from solid knurled steel bars, they provide a secure and comfortable grip during intense workouts. With 16cm between the handle centres, these row handles are ideal for seated row machines, but can also be placed over a chin-up bar for narrow grip pull-ups, adding versatility to any training setup.
