Description

The purpose is to practice passing objects through a certain gap upwards and downwards, or sideways (from right to left, or left to right), as well as to try hooking up everyday objects on the edge.

It is ideal when used in combination with the structure AR10004 ERGO 400 to perform exercises at different heights. It can also be used to pass different balls through the hole.
