The new AusCo Dynamic Tilt Table is a versatile, locally designed and manufactured solution tailored to support patient recovery and clinician safety. Built on the trusted design of our Dual Action Tilt Table, which has been a rehabilitation standard since 1997, the Dynamic model introduces enhanced functionality and safety features. Backed by a 5-year warranty, it’s engineered for intensive clinical use in rehabilitation centres, ICUs, and hospital wards.

Purpose-Built for Diverse Clinical Applications

Therapeutic Tilt Tables are widely used during the acute phase of rehabilitation, particularly for:

• Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

Advanced Twin-Column Lift System

The Dynamic Tilt Table features a twin-column lifting mechanism, delivering powerful, stable height adjustment without any longitudinal movement. This not only ensures a more controlled experience for the patient but also significantly reduces crush hazards by minimising pinch points in the frame design.

Designed for Easy Access and Carer Comfort

Transfers to the table are made easier and safer—whether independently, from a wheelchair, bed, or via hoist. The 155mm underframe clearance allows hoist arms to slide underneath smoothly.

Carers can adjust the table height using a hand control, with two height range options:

• Up to 970mm
• Up to 770mm

These adjustable ranges ensure ergonomic working conditions for clinicians of all heights.

Patient Support and Safety

• A long leg cut-out section allows for individual leg strapping when needed.
• A set of three patient straps is included as standard.
• The tabletop tilts to 80°, providing progressive positioning and safe upright support.
• Patients capable of ambulation can step safely on and off the table, supported by the angle-adjustable footplate (adjustable +/- 30° in 5° increments).
• Dual-angle indicators (left and right side) come standard for easy reference during operation.

Rehabilitation Through Progressive Loading

This table supports partial weight-bearing exercises using a sliding top, ideal for strengthening deconditioned lower limbs. Progress can be tracked through repeated, measurable movement, making it an essential tool for structured recovery programs.

• For patients able to exercise only one leg, a leg support (standard inclusion) can be fitted on either side of the table.
  
  

Reducing Carer Injury and Improving Patient Experience

Traditional weight-bearing therapy often requires moving patients to the floor—posing significant manual handling risks. The Dynamic Tilt Table eliminates this step. Patients can be transferred directly from bed, then gradually repositioned for upright activity.

• Raise the backrest slightly for added comfort or resistance.
• Remove the insert.
• Release the lock.
• Adjust the resistance via the tilt angle, and the patient is ready to begin therapy.
  
  

Mobility and Flexibility

The table can be moved bedside to reduce unnecessary patient transfers and associated discomfort. Equipped with 125mm lockable castors, it rolls smoothly across clinical environments and locks securely in place during use.
