The next step in NeuroRehabilitation
EksoNR is a robotic exoskeleton designed to be used in rehabilitation to progress neuro-rehab patients so they can walk out of the device and back into their communities. As the first exoskeleton for acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS) and spinal cord injury, EksoNR offers the industry’s most natural gait, re-teaching the brain and muscles how to properly walk again.

Designed as a rehabilitation tool for physical therapists, EksoNR encourages active patient participation, which is known to promote brain plasticity. After gathering feedback from hundreds of Ekso-trained therapists, we made EksoNR more intuitive, user-friendly, and faster to train on, while still allowing for extensive customisation to meet individual patient needs. Our new software, GaitCoach, offers real-time guidance during each session, identifying gait deviations and providing personalised feedback to improve specific aspects of gait.
