Where are you located?

We are based in Australia and offer our products nationwide. You can browse our entire product range online at rehabtechnology.com.au. Our head office is located at 9 Palmer Street, Balmain NSW 2041 and can be visited by appointment only. We welcome visits by prior appointment though do not have a display showroom.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship many of our products to the Pacific region and internationally depending on your country and the brand. If you would like a shipping quote for your location outside of Australia, please fill in your details here and we will be in touch to discuss.

How can I contact the product support team?

The best way to receive support for your product is to fill in your details on our product support page. Once we receive your details, we will be in touch within 24-48 hours to discuss your support request and track it through our system to resolution.

Do you have a physical showroom?

While we primarily operate online, we do offer consultations and product demonstrations upon request depending on the product. Please contact us for more details here.

What types of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of products, including mobility aids, rehabilitation equipment, clinical devices, wellness tools, cardio equipment, treadmills and Pilates equipment. Our products are designed to meet the needs of individuals recovering from injury, clinicians treating patients, and wellness centres.

Are your products covered by NDIS or other funding programs?

We are an NDIS registered provider and have a great range of products available in our NDIS range available here.

How do I know which product is best for my needs?

Our website provides detailed descriptions, specifications, and usage guidelines for each product. We can also help you select and compare between products. We always suggest speaking to a healthcare professional to seek product recommendations that might be specific to your personalised needs.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and can be found online in the product specifications or by contacting our team here.

What is the expected delivery time for products?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the availability of the product. Generally, once your product is in stock, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your product is produced to order, you will be notified of the expected dispatch time at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. We also have a pay on invoice payment option during checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number to request changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What are your shipping options?

The available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location. Bulky items do require a custom quote which you can request by filling in a quote request form here with your product/s and location.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on certain products. Check our website for current promotions and shipping terms.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you can add special instructions at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you deliver to regional or remote areas?

Yes, we deliver to regional and remote areas within Australia. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these locations.

Additionally, for bulk purchases, some customisations may be available.
