Using AlterG’s patented Differential Air Pressure (DAP) system, the NEO+ allows for up to 80% body weight offloading with 1% incremental control, giving clinicians the precision they need to progress patients through recovery while minimising joint load, pain, and risk.

Enhanced with a 0–15% incline, top speeds of up to 16 km/h (or 24 km/h with the optional high-speed package), and an intuitive touchscreen interface, the NEO+ is built for dynamic gait retraining, return-to-sport conditioning, and mobility support in a safe, controlled environment.

What sets the NEO+ apart is the inclusion of the AlterG Assistant, a smart tool that helps automate session setup and streamline clinical workflows, as well as live video monitoring — giving users real-time visual feedback to correct asymmetries and improve gait mechanics.
