The BodyWorx Adjustable Flat Incline Decline Utility Bench is a solid, no-fuss bench made to handle real training loads. It moves between flat, incline, decline and military (upright) positions, so one bench covers pressing, rows, core work and seated shoulder work.
The backrest and seat adjust quickly, so you can change exercises without stopping your session. The shaped seat has two positions to keep you stable and comfortable at every angle. High-density upholstery gives firm, supportive padding that holds its shape under heavy use.
With heavy-duty construction and a 280 kg weight capacity (user plus load), it suits home gyms, PT studios and rehab or strength-and-conditioning spaces that need a dependable bench. When the floor needs clearing, the transport wheels and carry handle make it easy to move.
