The Game Ready GRPro 2.1 is the cold therapy system used by elite sporting teams, orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapy clinics worldwide. Rather than strapping on an ice pack and hoping for the best, the GRPro 2.1 circulates ice water and pressurised air simultaneously through an anatomically shaped wrap — delivering consistent, controllable cold and intermittent pneumatic compression in a single treatment.

This is the Medical configuration, supplied with the 14ft (4.3m) medical connector hose in place of the standard 6ft sports hose. That extra reach is the difference between a unit that sits neatly on the floor beside a treatment bed and one that has to balance on the plinth beside your patient.

How ATX cold and compression therapy works

Game Ready wraps use patented ATX (Active Temperature Exchange) technology. A dual-chamber heat exchanger sits inside the wrap: one chamber circulates chilled water for even, wrap-around cooling, while the other inflates and deflates to apply intermittent compression. The pumping action is designed to help the body move swelling away from the injury site, while the cold helps manage pain, inflammation and muscle spasm — and the compression holds the cold surface in firm contact with the tissue so the cooling penetrates more consistently than a static ice pack.
