Shoulders are notoriously hard to ice. The joint sits at an angle, the surrounding tissue is deep, and a patient in a sling cannot hold an ice pack in place for twenty minutes. The Game Ready Shoulder Wrap with ATX is anatomically shaped to the right shoulder, secures across the chest and under the arm, and actively compresses cold against the joint for the entire treatment — hands free.

How it works

A patented ATX (Active Temperature Exchange) dual-chamber heat exchanger sits inside the wrap. One chamber circulates chilled water from your Game Ready control unit around the deltoid and joint line; the other inflates and deflates to apply intermittent pneumatic compression. The pumping action is designed to help the body move swelling away from the surgical or injury site, while even cooling helps manage pain, inflammation and muscle spasm.

Supplied in a single size, fitting a chest measurement of approximately 40–55" (102–140cm) — which covers the large majority of adult patients. Measure around the chest at armpit level if you are unsure.
