Every Game Ready wrap is two parts: the heat exchanger that circulates cold water and air, and the outer sleeve that holds it against the patient. The heat exchanger tends to outlast the sleeve by a long way — it is the fabric that takes the daily wear, the hook-and-loop cycling and the endless laundering. When the sleeve gives up, you do not need a whole new wrap. You need this.
