Game Ready Straight Knee Wrap with ATX

An anatomically shaped knee wrap that delivers ice-cold water and active pneumatic compression together — the go-to choice for post-operative knees, ACL reconstructions and acute joint swelling.

The Game Ready Straight Knee Wrap with ATX wraps the entire knee joint in continuous, evenly distributed cold while intermittently compressing the tissue underneath. It is designed for a knee that needs to stay extended — immediately post-surgery, in a brace-locked position, or when a patient is resting with the leg supported.

How it works

Inside the wrap sits a patented ATX (Active Temperature Exchange) dual-chamber heat exchanger. One chamber circulates chilled water from your Game Ready control unit around the whole joint; the other inflates and deflates to apply intermittent compression. The pumping action is designed to help the body move swelling away from the joint, while the cold helps manage pain, inflammation and muscle spasm. Because the compression holds the cold surface firmly against the skin, cooling stays consistent for the full treatment — unlike an ice pack that warms and slides.

Straight or articulated?

Choose the Straight Knee wrap for a knee held in extension — early post-op, braced, or treated at rest. Choose the Articulated Knee wrap when the knee needs to bend during or between treatments.
