    With a whisper-quiet magnetic resistance system, the C565R delivers smooth, customizable workouts across 15 electronically controlled resistance levels and a range of engaging preset programs. A step-through frame and adjustable mesh-back seat—both horizontally and vertically—ensure ergonomic support and easy, comfortable access during workouts. Oversized pedals with adjustable straps and intuitive seat handles provide on-the-fly customisation. Real-time data readouts—including time, distance, calories, RPM, and more—keep users informed and motivated throughout every session
