The TheraBand Exercise Station is a compact, multifunctional training platform that brings strength, balance, and flexibility exercises together in one easy-to-use system. Designed for both clinical rehabilitation and fitness settings, it replaces the need for multiple pieces of equipment like free weights or dumbbells. Made from high-impact polyethylene, the platform supports progressive training and is ideal for individualised programs.
Lightweight and stackable, it features non-slip rubber feet to keep the station steady on hard surfaces, making it perfect for physiotherapy clinics, gyms, or home use.
Key Features
Versatile Base with Six Connection Points
The base includes six strategically placed connection points to attach resistance tubing at various angles, allowing for a wide range of exercise options. The centre cavity holds exercise balls and accessories such as TheraBand Stability Trainers, Rocker Boards, and Wobble Boards.
Progressive Resistance for Custom Workouts
The Exercise Station comes with two of each colour TheraBand Resistance Tubing (Red, Green, and Blue) in three different lengths—12", 18", and 24". This makes it easy to increase or decrease resistance based on the user's needs, supporting progressive rehabilitation or fitness programs.
Integrated Functional Training
Use the station with fitness steps, stability trainers, and other accessories to perform full-body exercises. The system promotes coordinated movements and functional strength building, suitable for both clinical and performance settings.
